American Wagyu is a crossbreed of Japanese Wagyu and American cattle (such as Angus), combining robust flavor with the tenderness and marbling Wagyu is known for.
Is your beef hormone-free?
Yes. Our cattle are raised without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.
How do I store and prepare my order?
Orders arrive frozen and vacuum-sealed. Store in your freezer and thaw 24 hours before cooking. For best results, cook medium-rare.
